What We Can Do in Your Home
Hearing tests. We check your hearing in your own home and explain the results in plain language, so you and your family understand what is happening and what your options are.
Hearing aid fittings. If hearing aids are right for you, Robert fits and programs them for your hearing and your daily routine, and shows you how to wear, charge and clean them.
Follow-up adjustments. Hearing aids work best after fine-tuning. We come back to adjust the settings as you get used to them, so you hear clearly in the conversations that matter most to you.

Who In-Home Visits Are For
Seniors who would rather not drive, or who want care without a trip to an office.
People with limited mobility, including anyone recovering from surgery or an illness.
Family caregivers who want to be part of the visit without taking a parent across town. You are welcome to sit in, ask questions and learn how the hearing aids work.
Home visits can make the whole process calmer. There is no waiting room, and we can hear how your hearing aids perform with your own TV, phone and family voices.
How a Home Visit Works
1. Book a time. Call (626) 373-0308 or schedule online. We will confirm your address and a visit time that works for you and any family members who want to join.
2. Talk and test. We start with a conversation about where hearing is hardest for you, then test your hearing and go over the results together.
3. Choose and fit. If hearing aids are the right step, we review styles, brands and prices with you, then fit and program your hearing aids during a follow-up visit.
4. Fine-tune. We return to adjust the settings as you get used to wearing them, and we remain available for questions, cleanings and repairs.
Please have a quiet room available, along with any hearing aids you already own and a list of your medications. A family member is always welcome.
