Robert Cousins is the lead provider at Hear4U Hearing Services in Diamond Bar, seeing patients at the office or in their homes.
Robert has worked in hearing care for more than 10 years. He started as a patient care coordinator, became a hearing technician, then earned his license as a hearing aid dispenser, so he knows every part of a hearing aid practice, from the front desk to the fitting room.
He believes good hearing care starts with getting to know the person. He takes time to understand how you live, then recommends and fine-tunes hearing aids around that, not the other way around.
Robert got into hearing care because he enjoys meeting people and hearing their stories. He's also a technology fan who keeps up with new hearing aids and fitting methods, so patients get the benefit of what's new. Away from work, he's outdoors with his family: camping, off-roading, fishing and hiking.

- Free hearing tests, including speech-in-noise testing
- Hearing aids from Phonak, Oticon, Signia, Starkey, ReSound, Widex and Unitron, verified with Real Ear Measurement
- Tinnitus relief
- Hearing aid repair, including aids bought elsewhere
- Custom hearing protection
He also makes home visits within about 20 miles of Diamond Bar, from Arcadia to Ontario, at no extra charge.
