Where is Hear4U in Diamond Bar?
Our office is at 1370 Valley Vista Dr., Suite 200, Room 227, Diamond Bar, CA 91765. We’re open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Is the hearing test really free?
Yes. Hearing tests are free at our Diamond Bar office. A visit takes about 45 minutes to an hour and a half and includes pure-tone, speech, speech-in-noise (QuickSIN) and bone conduction testing.
Can you come to my home?
Yes. Robert makes in-home visits within about 20 miles of Diamond Bar, by appointment. Call us to set one up.
Which hearing aid brands do you fit?
Phonak, Oticon, Signia, Starkey, ReSound, Widex and Unitron. You can try your hearing aids free for 7 days, and financing starts at $75 a month.
Can I use my insurance hearing benefits?
We help patients use hearing benefits through Amplifon, TruHearing and NationsHearing plans. Bring your insurance card and we’ll check what your plan covers.
Who will I see?
You’ll work with Robert Cousins, a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (License #HA8055) with more than 10 years of experience, from your first visit to every follow-up. He checks every fitting with Real Ear Measurement.
Can you fix a hearing aid I bought somewhere else?
Often, yes. Robert starts with a diagnostic check. Cleanings, part replacements and reprogramming are done in the office, and other repairs are sent to the manufacturer or a repair lab when needed.
